Self-Care Stash members commit to at least three months upon signing up. The membership recurs monthly from the purchase date, with billing on the same date each month for a minimum of three consecutive payments. Banked funds never expire as long as the membership remains active, and cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice before the next billing cycle. If canceled within 24 hours, the final payment will still be charged. To cancel, email theluxestudiollc@gmail.com. After cancellation, banked funds can be used within 12 months but offers and discounts will no longer apply.

Membership benefits may only be utilized by the purchaser. They are non-transferable and cannot be shared between guests or used for group appointments. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, and banked funds are non-refundable. Banked funds cannot be used to purchase a gift card, no discount applies toward a gift card purchase, and gift cards cannot be used toward membership fees. Funds also cannot be applied toward gratuity, which must be paid via credit card, debit card, or cash.

If a membership is canceled, the guest must wait 12 months before rejoining. Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in banked funds being applied at full price without the membership discount, and any remaining balance for add-ons will be charged to the card on file.
