Arriving with, builder gel, or hard gel? Unfortunately, we won’t be able to serve you, and a full-service fee will apply.
Payments
- Accepted Methods: Physical cards, Apple Pay, or cash.
- Tips: Preferred via; also accepted on cards.
Cancellation + Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule in advance to avoid fees:
- Guests who cancel within 12 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the full-service price booked.
- Guests who reschedule within 12-4 hours of an appointment will not be charged.
- Guests who rescheduled within 4 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the full-service price booked.
One free late cancellation or reschedule is allowed per guest before the service start time—use it wisely!
Late Arrivals
- 10–20 minutes late: Appointment may be shortened; full-service fee applies.
- More than 15 minutes late/no-show: 100% charge of the booked service. Your appointment will be canceled as a no-show.
The Luxe Guarantee
- If your gel chips, lifts, or misbehaves within 7 days of your service, we’ll fix it for free. No stress. Please call to book, or if more than three nails need fixed, email photos to theluxestudiollc@gmail.com
- Regular Polish/Child Services: Not covered by this policy.
Allergies
Products used in our services may contain or come into contact with nut products.
Inclement Weather
- Level 3 Emergency (or above): Shops close, and no charges apply.
- Level 2 Emergency: Hours may adjust, and guests won’t be charged for cancellations.
We’ll notify impacted guests at least 2 hours before any schedule changes.
Cleanliness
We follow strict sanitation standards. If there’s a risk of infection, we reserve the right to refuse service, and a 100% fee of the booked service will apply.
Child Services
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Fix policy does not apply to child services.
