POLICY NOTICE
LATE POLICY
Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Failure to show for appointment without notice, will be charged for 100% of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is canceled within 12 hours of appointment time you will be charged 50% of service fee. No refunds.
